WHAT IS iCreative CARE?
iCreative Care is a term that we use to describe the process of getting technical support from someone that is not in the same room as you. We are able to assist you by logging into your computer or by speaking with you over the phone. The benefits are incredible!
First, you do not have to wait for a technician to show up at your home, or pay the fee for an onsite visit. We can respond to you quickly and schedule a session that is convenient for you.
Second, the solution may be a quick fix from an expert's point of view and may be resolved very quickly. Instant gratification!
Third, we can also use this format as an easy (and private) way to train you on any number of technologies or devices, all from the comfort of your home, on your schedule.
Lastly, no matter where you are, we are always there for you, supporting you and making sure that you are always functioning perfectly.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
iCreative Remote is there for you no matter where you are. Available as a subscription or as a per-incident service, our specialists are able to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve up to 80% of your technical issues. All while you’re enjoying that second cup of coffee.
The subscriptions are offered on an annual basis and also include special software that, once installed on your Mac, constantly reports back health updates about your computer to our technical team so that we can be proactive instead of reactive - we will be able to call you in advance of a hardware disaster to let you know that a problem is about to arise.
Sometimes you may just need to call us for advice on what device to purchase or to inquire about a fishy email you received or a strange error message that keeps popping up.
